Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to the custom nature of the piece. Pieces that haven’t been customized may be exchanged at Tucker James Designs discretion within 10 days of purchase. If you have a question as to what defines a custom piece or special request, please contact the concierge.

Any accommodated returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

Your piece(s) must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, and other signature packaging materials.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us promptly at concierge@tuckerjamesdesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. We will get back to you within 24 hours (outside of weekend hours, with special exemptions during Holiday).

An RA number must be given prior to shipment back to TJD.

Please allow up to 10 days for your return and credit to be processed.
